Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage office operations, including HR support, recruitment assistance, administrative coordination, and accounting support. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in human resources, office administration, or a similar role.

Responsibilities
  • HR Support: Oversee new hire onboarding, background checks, payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and annual performance reviews.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Post jobs, source candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct phone screenings.
  • Administrative Coordination: Manage office schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and oversee reception.
  • Accounting Support: Process accounts payable invoices, reconcile bank statements, and support monthly benchmarking.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Experience with ADP (or similar payroll systems) and HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a diverse workload.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $30-$42 per hour, based on location and experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
