Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all staff members.
  • Maintain high employee retention by identifying qualified candidates, developing leadership skills, empowering team members, and promoting productivity.
  • Assist in executing merchandising and marketing initiatives.
  • Handle cash transactions, fuel sales, and promote customer loyalty programs.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and sanitation standards, keeping the store presentable, and ensuring product availability.
  • Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Possess proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but candidates with at least one year of retail management experience may be considered.
  • A valid Driver's License and maintenance of automotive liability insurance are required during employment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, perform repetitive bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
