Curator of Community Science

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curator to lead the growth and development of our Community Science program. This is a unique opportunity to work with a globally recognized natural history museum and contribute to the advancement of community science.
The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our research program, pursuing external funding, and contributing to local community engagement. They will also oversee the management and development of our Community Science program, including staff, and develop working relationships with local universities and community partners.
The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a related biological field and experience with natural history museum collections. They will also have a strong interest in collaborating with our curators in non-neontological disciplines and a vision for building a research program that integrates with our ongoing efforts to understand local biodiversity.
