- Accurately enter and maintain data related to product quality inspections into company systems.
- Perform routine inspections of products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Use gauges, jigs, and other measuring tools to verify product specifications.
- Prepare and label finished parts for shipment according to company guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining detailed records of inspections, product defects, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with quality control and production teams to resolve discrepancies or quality issues.
- Ensure data entry is completed accurately and on time, adhering to production schedules.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workspace following 5S standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and ensure accurate data tracking of materials and products.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and quality.
- Perform other duties as required by supervisors or team leads to support the overall production process.

- Data Entry Accuracy: Strong attention to detail with the ability to enter and manage large volumes of data with precision.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Keen observational skills to detect defects or inconsistencies in products.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and quality issues effectively.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication for reporting and collaborating with team members.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform measurements and basic calculations for record-keeping and inspections.
- Hand-Eye Coordination: Good motor skills for handling materials and performing inspections.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet shared goals.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry software, and other relevant tools.
- Safety-Oriented: Strong understanding and commitment to workplace safety protocols and standards.
