We are currently seeking highly skilled Medical Technologists (MT) to join our team of compassionate and talented caregivers. As an MT, you will work closely with our healthcare team to gather and provide laboratory information that assists caregivers in diagnosing and treating patients. This diagnostic data can also play a vital role in disease prevention and health monitoring.

A successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to perform and interpret tests at all complexity levels. You will also be responsible for correlating abnormal laboratory data with pathological states, determining the validity of test results, and communicating test results and reference ranges to caregivers. Additionally, you will follow the laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and processing, test analysis, reporting, and maintaining records of patient test results.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology from a four-year college or university and one year of training in an approved program with registry (eligible)/certification at a Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist level. Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or certification eligible from the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or American Medical Technologists (AMT) is preferred. One year of generalist experience in chemistry and hematology is also desirable.\

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
