We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Data Entry Inspector to join our team. This position involves a blend of data entry and quality inspection tasks in a fastpaced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will ensure that data and records are accurate while assisting in the inspection of products. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Accurately enter and maintain data related to product quality inspections into company systems.
  • Perform routine inspections of products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Use gauges jigs and other measuring tools to verify product specifications.
  • Prepare and label finished parts for shipment according to company guidelines.
  • Assist in maintaining detailed records of inspections product defects and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with quality control and production teams to resolve discrepancies or quality issues.
  • Ensure data entry is completed accurately and on time adhering to production schedules.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workspace following 5S standards.
  • Assist in inventory counts and ensure accurate data tracking of materials and products.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and quality.
  • Perform other duties as required by supervisors or team leads to support the overall production process.
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Data Entry Accuracy: Strong attention to detail with the ability to enter and manage large volumes of data with precision.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen observational skills to detect defects or inconsistencies in products.
  • ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and quality issues effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and concise verbal and written communication for reporting and collaborating with team members.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform measurements and basic calculations for recordkeeping and inspections.
  • HandEye Coordination: Good motor skills for handling materials and performing inspections.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet shared goals.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office data entry software and other relevant tools.
  • SafetyOriented: Strong understanding and commitment to workplace safety protocols and standards.
