Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving goods, packaging, organizing storage areas, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency in operations.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule warehouse personnel to uphold high performance standards.
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline warehouse processes.
  • Manage timelines for incoming and outgoing shipments, equipment upkeep, and safety protocols.
  • Optimize resource allocation, enhance asset utilization, and take corrective measures when necessary.
  • Facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
  1. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  2. Prior experience in a warehouse setting is essential, with leadership experience preferred.
  3. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  4. Experience operating stand-up forklifts is advantageous.
  5. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
  6. Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
  7. Strong leadership abilities, organizational skills, and familiarity with warehouse operations.
Work Schedule:
  • 1st Shift: Friday to Sunday, 6:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Compensation:
  • $17.25 per hour
