Key Responsibilities
  • Implement a data-informed community impact plan to expand reach in assigned markets
  • Conduct ongoing community assessments through community forums and identify opportunities for growth
  • Recruit, train, and lead volunteers to deliver and grow programs in designated markets
  • Maintain a portfolio of community partners and expand collaborative agreements
  • Create urgency for our cause by promoting a full-mission value proposition
  • Model and foster behaviors that contribute to a culture that values staff/volunteer/community partnership
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of program, community impact, and volunteer performance data
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Three years of experience in program delivery or volunteer management
  • Experience in community health and community mobilization a plus
