WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
As a Credit Card Operations Associate, you will manage various finance-related tasks, including payment processing, fee adjustments, and credit balance inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Finance Operations: Handle payment processing from multiple channels, including telephone submissions. Conduct thorough research on credit balances and manage refunds.
  • Administrative Duties: Oversee the onboarding of consumer and commercial credit card applications, maintain credit card records, and manage colleague commercial card portfolios.
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional internal and external client support by answering inquiries, responding to emails, and ensuring accurate information dissemination.
  • Data Management: Perform data entry, document verification, and prepare monthly tracking reports to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Compliance: Stay informed on VISA regulations and adhere to all bank policies and procedures to ensure operational integrity.

What You Will Bring:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in banking or financial services.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience specifically in credit card operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently with numbers.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

Compensation:
The starting base salary for this position is $27.62 per hour. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
