Position Summary: We are currently seeking a (PRN)Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in Humble, TX. This role involves working flexible shifts, either during the day or at night, as required. The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for delivering direct patient care, which includes monitoring vital signs, maintaining patient records, and supporting nursing staff based on the needs of the unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities and fundamental needs.
  • Identify patient needs and effectively communicate them to the appropriate healthcare personnel.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and care items.
  • Support nursing staff in designated areas of the facility.
  • Complete tasks as directed by nursing staff.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using computers and relevant software applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to facility policies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations with flexibility.
  • Skilled in maintaining organized records to ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs., carry 35 lbs., push and pull 25 lbs., and perform repetitive movements.
  • Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and developing new skills.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Valid Texas C.N.A. certification (Required).
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Current CPR or BLS certification.

Compensation: Salary will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and alignment with market standards.
