Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified Medication Aide to join our team at Fall Creek Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. As a Certified Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective administration of medications to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with medications and responding to their needs in a patient-centered and compassionate manner.
- Working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Certified Medication Aide (CMA) license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
