Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's business objectives, strategic aims, and competitive environment to establish trust and credibility with the client(s).
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with client(s) through proactive and value-driven daily interactions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the client, ensuring their interests are represented effectively.
  • Continuously enhance and add value to client relationships.
  • Support the financial management and revenue growth processes for assigned client accounts, including:
    • Revenue forecasting and tracking
    • Revenue recognition and reporting
    • Assisting with the Invoicing/Billing process
    • Collaborating with functional teams to estimate staffing and scope for new revenue opportunities
    • Capturing and validating scope and product/service details to generate work and pricing estimates
    • Contributing to and driving Statements of Work (SOW) and Change Orders for legal and business/finance approvals
    • Assisting with Contracting processes in coordination with internal Legal and Pricing teams
  • Utilize knowledge of Epsilon's products, services, and capabilities to provide insightful recommendations and solutions to clients.
  • Maintain a business-level understanding of all contracted work.
  • Collaborate effectively with other Epsilon business functions.
  • Track and manage activities to ensure timely approvals and keep relevant team members informed.
  • Prepare organized, clear, and concise communications for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Notify Account Leadership of any significant changes or obstacles that may affect budget and/or timelines.
  • Understand and assist in managing client compliance requirements.

Experience Requirements:

  • 0-18 months of relevant experience is required.
  • Previous experience in an office environment and teamwork is preferred.

Educational Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  • Completion of coursework in business management, marketing, or accounting/finance is advantageous.
