Associate Vice President, Campus Antisemitism Solutions Leader

Hillel International is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Campus Impact Advisors program, a critical initiative to combat antisemitism and foster a positive campus climate. As Associate Vice President, Campus Antisemitism Solutions, you will develop and manage a cohort of Advisors who will work closely with Hillel Executive Directors and staff to address complex challenges on high-need campuses.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the strategy and design of the Campus Impact Advisors program, ensuring its effectiveness in supporting antisemitism response and prevention.
- Partner with internal leadership to deliver on our commitment to program funders, providing timely progress updates and relevant data and insights.
- Develop comprehensive training protocols for onboarding, training, and developing Advisors, and convene Advisors virtually and in person.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with campus stakeholders, and develop political and media strategies to shift the campus climate effectively.
- 10+ years of experience in political, media, and/or community organizing, preferably in the Jewish communal context.
- Advanced working knowledge of Jewish life on campus, the higher education landscape, antisemitism, and associated political, media, and communal institutions.
- Demonstrated ability to create, build, and manage a successful and sustainable program.
- High "EQ" and exceptional communications skills, with ability to build strategic internal and external relationships.
