PA Business Development and Partnership Specialist

CentralSquare Technologies is committed to helping public administration stakeholders achieve their goals. As a PA Business Development and Partnership Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with our sales team and account executives to uncover and qualify net new opportunities.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can leverage phone calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn touchpoints to establish relationships with public administration stakeholders. This individual must have a strong understanding of the Total Addressable Market (TAM) in each territory and be able to research and analyze market trends.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. They will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership to craft and hone our messaging and target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Public Administration Account Executives to uncover and qualify net new opportunities for CentralSquare's Core PA products.
  • Initiate and lead reoccurring territory strategy meetings with each Account Executive.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership to develop effective business development strategies.
  • Research and understand the TAM in each territory and participate in the planning and creation of business development campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related fields.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Strong understanding of CentralSquare's mission, values, and products.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Coachable, driven, and hardworking.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
