As a Senior Plumbing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, reliable, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain plumbing systems in residential buildings
• Repair and replace faulty plumbing fixtures and appliances
• Install new plumbing systems and fixtures as required
• Provide expert advice on plumbing-related issues to clients
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve plumbing-related issues

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs
• Current plumbing license and certifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
