About the Role:
GROWMARK FS LLC is seeking a highly skilled Business Processes Specialist to maintain, support, and analyze agronomy related technologies. This role provides administrative and operational support to management staff regarding technology used within the agronomy business (both internal and external).
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist sales and operations staff with proper utilization of current technology platforms.
• Provide guidance and leadership to location office staff to ensure consistent administration of policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with location personnel to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our Agvance databases and mobile apps.
• Assist locations in preparing for monthly/quarterly/yearly inventory counts as needed.
• Assist the management team with sales reporting and data analysis.
• Works with other management personnel in administrative and operational policies and procedures.
• Supports and contributes to total company goals and objectives through collaborative efforts.
Requirements:
• Normally requires an associate degree or the equivalent thereof, and 3 years of experience in accounting, or previous experience in a leadership or management capacity to demonstrate knowledge of business analytics and advanced knowledge within areas of finance including statements, analysis, forecasting, capital markets, ratio analysis, and budgeting.
• Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
