In this pivotal role, you will assist in the management of both youth and adult educational initiatives, playing a vital role in the success of our educational outreach efforts and contributing positively to the community.

Position Overview:
Contract-to-hire
Salary Range: $60,000-70,000 (Dependent on Experience)
On-site position
Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to departmental leaders
  • Oversee the administration of educational programs
  • Facilitate adult learning events and programs
  • Support activities and communications for youth initiatives
  • Assist with various special projects and campaigns
  • Act as the primary contact for community inquiries
  • Maintain confidential records and manage schedules

Qualifications:
  • At least two years of experience in the education or nonprofit field
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management tools
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Ability to uphold privacy and confidentiality standards
