Position Overview:

The Office Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting DAAXIT's administrative functions. This position involves scheduling and documenting departmental meetings, as well as assisting the Fractional Chief Financial Officers (FCFO) in preparing reports and financial documents. The Office Coordinator will attend client meetings—whether virtually, pre-recorded, or in-person—to take notes and ensure follow-ups are conducted efficiently. Additionally, this role will provide support to other departments, including Business Development and Marketing, and may serve as a backup for essential accounting and Human Resources tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication between the FCFO and clients by managing meeting schedules and documenting discussions.
  • Assist FCFOs with report generation, data entry, and the creation of visual data representations.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding client and company information.
  • Organize and document departmental meetings, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support various departments through cross-training and delegated tasks, including outreach and CRM software usage.
  • Adapt to changes in work assignments and collaborate with the leadership team on job descriptions.

Education and Experience:

Preferred candidates will possess an Associate's Degree and have a minimum of three years of experience in a fast-paced office or operations support environment.

Language Proficiency:

Fluency in English is essential, with strong communication skills demonstrated through active listening, effective questioning, and clear information relay.

Physical Requirements:

Occasional lifting of up to 15 lbs may be required. Candidates should be able to sit for extended periods, view a computer monitor, and type for up to 8 hours a day.
