Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee all facets of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability.
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans for production operations, aligning them with broader business goals.
  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate logistics with business systems, including sales, order management, accounting, and shipping.
  • Supervise the production process, implementing necessary enhancements to achieve optimal performance.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the production team across all locations in daily operations, special projects, and audits.
  • Ensure adherence to all industry standards and regulations, including safety and environmental guidelines.
  • Develop budgets and authorize expenditures for supplies, materials, and human resources, ensuring efficient use of resources to meet production objectives.
  • Evaluate performance against operational plans and standards, providing reports to team members on results interpretation and approving adjustments to plans.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management position within the manufacturing or food sector.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and business development, with a solid understanding of production processes and financial management principles.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a proven history of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
