Role Summary
The Vice President of IT Infrastructure Management is responsible for overseeing the organization's IT computing framework. This role includes the support of infrastructure, data centers, and the assurance of IT systems' reliability. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in IT infrastructure management, familiarity with hardware and software environments, effective leadership capabilities, and a strategic vision for ongoing enhancement. This position will lead an IT team and collaborate with various departments to fulfill technological requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee all facets of infrastructure operations.
- Direct and manage the IT Infrastructure Management team.
- Coordinate infrastructure projects.
- Design and uphold support processes.
- Ensure compliance of IT infrastructure with security protocols.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and enhance efficiency.
- Manage relationships with vendors and procurement processes.
- Develop and oversee budgetary allocations.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure roles.
