The Role

The Human Resources Project Manager will lead the coordination, implementation, and execution of HR projects in collaboration with Exteriors divisions. This role requires strong analytical skills to work on business requirements with cross-functional teams, ensuring consistency with Magna Exteriors' HR strategy, commitments, and goals.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and implementation of Project Mirasol (Canada/USA Payroll Harmonization), including planning, testing, and implementation, while providing hands-on support to divisions.
  • Develop and implement multiple HR business projects or strategic initiatives within the Exteriors Human Resources Department.
  • Manage project scope, budget, and timelines to meet goals and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Project Management and external project consultants to optimize project execution models.
  • Monitor and report progress to stakeholders, leading consistent steering committee update meetings.
  • Implement and manage project changes to achieve project outputs.
  • Conduct project evaluations and assessments of results.
