We are currently seeking a Program Manager to deliver direct services and support to individuals facing challenges related to Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and/or mental health issues, particularly those in crisis or at risk of institutionalization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely responses to all referrals in accordance with agency policy.
  • Conduct agency and individual assessments to inform clinical interventions.
  • Provide direct clinical services aligned with professional credentials.
  • Facilitate wraparound and consultation meetings with providers.
  • Modify mental health treatment and behavior support plans as needed.
  • Participate in all relevant agency, departmental, and client meetings.
  • Document all services provided in compliance with agency policy.
  • Train staff and caregivers on implementing individual behavioral support and safety plans.
  • Assist in the transportation of individuals in accordance with agency policy.
  • Support team members in case management and discharge planning.
  • Maintain effective communication with all team members.
  • Oversee program staff scheduling to ensure continuous availability and accurate timekeeping.
  • Review incident reports and coordinate with the Program Director and Compliance.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with provider agencies, regulatory bodies, payers, and community stakeholders.
  • Offer programmatic recommendations and assist providers in implementing best practices.
  • Support the development and monitoring of Person-Centered Plans and related documents.
  • Adhere to all agency policies and professional standards to ensure the health and safety of individuals.
  • Report any suspected abuse or neglect to the Director and appropriate authorities.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • LMSW, LAC, LAMFT, or BCBA certification in California with a minimum of three years of experience in behavioral health services.
  • At least two years of supervisory experience.
  • Certification in crisis de-escalation intervention.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Valid Driver's License and auto insurance.
  • Proficient in computer use.
  • Experience working with individuals facing mental health and emotional challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and one or more of the following languages: Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, or Tagalog.
  • Two years of post-graduate experience in community-based crisis response services.
  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or BCBA-D certification in California.
