About Liberty:

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our Self-Perform Concrete operations in the Florida market. This critical role will drive project success, maintain exceptional quality standards, and foster strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of concrete construction, outstanding leadership skills, and a steadfast commitment to safety and excellence.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and upholding our reputation as a leader in the construction sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of concrete projects per Liberty's standards.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with project stakeholders, Liberty management staff, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor scope progress and ensure on-time delivery within budget constraints.
  • Establish and enforce stringent quality control measures to uphold Liberty's reputation for excellence.
  • Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years in the construction/management services industry.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic self-starter with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
  • Outstanding team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work experience and deep relationships with developers, designers, and subcontractors in this market.

Working Conditions:

The employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand, and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing.

The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. Job site walking.
