We are a leading construction company seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our Self-Perform Concrete operations in the Florida market. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete construction, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Acquisition and Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with developers, general contractors, architects, engineers, and other partners to drive business growth.
  • People Development: Recruit and advise on key staff hires, create organizational structures, and oversee administrative functions.
  • Project Management, Quality and Safety: Lead project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring quality control and safety standards.
  • P&L Management: Forecast and manage revenue, income, and expenses, ensuring financial stability and growth.
  • Contract Management and Risk Management: Review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience in construction/management services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of success in the industry.
Working Conditions

This role requires a strong ability to work in an office environment, with occasional site visits. The ideal candidate will be able to sit for long periods, talk or hear, and perform fine motor skills. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
