We are seeking a talented and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our team at Baptist Memorial Health Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

**Responsibilities:

  1. Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing personalized care plans that address their unique requirements.
  2. Implement evidence-based practices, utilizing your expertise to ensure that each patient receives the highest level of care.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  4. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and protocols that enhance patient care.

**Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong educational foundation, including a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. You should also hold current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care.

**Estimated Salary Range:** Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the annual salary for this position to be between $65,000 and $95,000.
