Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Nursing Specialist to join our team at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nursing Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Providing technical assistance and guidance to nursing staff
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current registered nursing license (RN) or graduate of a registered nursing program awaiting licensure
  • BLS certification within 14 days of hire date
  • Computer literacy and basic life support skills
