At Baptist Memorial Health Care, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our advanced disease center, you will play a crucial role in improving patient outcomes by providing comprehensive clinical services and ensuring optimal medication use.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice, with a focus on managing complex medication regimens and collaborating with healthcare teams. A post-graduate education in health-system pharmacy services is preferred, but a Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph.D.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree is also acceptable. With a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, you will possess the skills and knowledge to interpret and assess written medication orders, as well as provide education and training to residents, students, interns, and externs.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, paid vacation/time off, continuing education opportunities, and a generous retirement plan.
