Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Child Developmental Therapist to join our team in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

Job Summary:

We are committed to providing exceptional care to children with autism and their families. As a Child Developmental Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic. You will work closely with our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement intervention plans and provide regular updates to families on their child's progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic
  • Implement intervention plans developed by our expert BCBAs
  • Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in or completed a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism
