Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Create a positive internal and external customer experience by providing exceptional service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Leadership: Act as a role model for other team members, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities and contributing to the success of the store.
- Store Operations: Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives, including participating in meetings, sharing knowledge and expertise, and providing support as needed.
- Problem-Solving: Exercise discretion and judgment to resolve customer complaints and issues, and to make decisions that benefit the store and its customers.
- Experience: 1 year of retail experience, with at least 6 months of leadership experience.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
