Retail Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Banker to join our team at TD Bank Group. As a Retail Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing financial solutions to our clients.

• Provide personalized banking services to customers, including account opening, loan applications, and credit card services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail banking or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
