- Provide exceptional customer service to foster client relationships.
- Mentor and train engineering designers to produce high-quality construction documents within budget constraints.
- Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor of Science degree in Structural or Architectural Engineering with a minimum of 10-15 years of professional experience as a licensed engineer. The individual should be recognized as the Engineer of Record in multiple states.
