About the Role:
This is a Full-Time opportunity for a skilled RN with strong leadership skills to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for administering medication, preparing equipment, and aiding physicians in the treatment of patients. You will also participate as a primary nurse, associate nurse, team member, or team leader in the planning and implementing of patient care. Additionally, you will direct and assist in carrying out safe aseptic technique and procedures, and offer leadership and direction to all support staff within the department.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing and hold a valid RN License in the state of employment or compact. You should also have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We anticipate that the ideal candidate will earn around $80,000-$110,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
