Position Overview:

Work at a premier mountain retail outlet and enjoy an unmatched benefits package. As a Retail Associate, you will be trained in all facets of providing the latest outdoor equipment and services, ensuring our guests have the ultimate outdoor experience.

Position Details:

  • Outlet: Breckenridge Ski Resort
  • Expected Wage: $20.00 / hour
  • Availability: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities
  • Experience Level: Entry-Level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and share product knowledge.
  • Assist guests in selecting the latest outdoor gear - training provided.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards.
  • Additional tasks may include cashier duties, equipment rentals, or support in other areas.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Capacity to stand and engage in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
  • Fluency in English is required.

A Retail Associate is a versatile team member who may work across various departments and roles, including:

  • Resort Activities

  • Base Area Operations

The anticipated pay range is $20.00. This represents the compensation we expect for this role, with individual pay decisions based on various factors.
