Experienced Snowmaker

At Vail Resorts, we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Snowmaker, you'll play a critical role in creating the perfect snow conditions for our skiers and snowboarders.

This is a hands-on position that requires a strong understanding of snowmaking operations, including the ability to operate complex equipment and troubleshoot issues. If you're a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with a passion for the outdoors, we encourage you to apply.

• Operate snowmaking equipment, including pumps, compressors, and guns
• Conduct quality checks to ensure optimal snow conditions
• Assist the snowmaking lead with daily operations and maintenance
• Maintain equipment and buildings as directed
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve snowmaking goals

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Previous experience operating/maintaining heavy machinery; snowmaking experience preferred
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
• Ability to work outdoors in alpine environments
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
