Position Summary:

The Uniforms Coordinator is responsible for managing the delivery, inventory, distribution, and return of employee uniforms, along with all related transactions that support the resort's operations. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to both internal and external guests, ensuring everyone enjoys a memorable experience.

Position Specifications:

  • Expected Compensation Range: $21.36
  • Availability: Full Time & Part Time
  • Experience Level: Entry Level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive uniforms from suppliers and manage exchanges as necessary.
  • Distribute employee uniforms and name tags.
  • Coordinate with laundry services to ensure uniforms are clean and presentable.
  • Monitor inventory levels within the uniform storage area.
  • Collect uniforms from employees at the end of the season.
  • Utilize inventory management software effectively.
  • Deliver outstanding service to all guests.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and execute daily sales and closing tasks in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary; we will provide training for all essential skills.
  • A willingness to learn and develop.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $21.36. This reflects the expected compensation for the role, with individual pay decisions based on various factors.
