Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Highway Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Turtle Infrastructure Partners, LLC. As a key member of our infrastructure maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our highway infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Remove and install guardrail, attenuators, signage, and fencing to ensure the safety of road users.

  • Maintain and repair the functionality of slopes, shoulders, berms, culverts, and drains to prevent damage and ensure smooth traffic flow.

  • Perform safe traffic control by setting up and removing traffic control devices to minimize disruptions to traffic.

  • Operate equipment and perform other activities tailored to your skill set to ensure the efficient maintenance of our infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • MOT – Advanced Temporary Traffic Control certification (training available).
