The Role:
The Client Services Representative plays a vital role in enhancing the member experience across the Madison Square venue. Reporting to the Director of Member Experience, this position is responsible for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the highest standards of service for all members and guests.

As a key player in fostering collaboration, the Client Services Representative will:
  • Oversee the delivery of mail and packages, ensuring timely and efficient handling.
  • Manage conference rooms and business amenities, acting as the primary communication hub for all internal and external inquiries.
  • Support various departments by addressing needs and facilitating smooth operations throughout the venue.

Key Responsibilities:
We seek an individual who is detail-oriented and solution-focused, capable of creating memorable experiences for our members and guests. Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining inventory of business center supplies and ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Conducting daily mail procedures in accordance with company policies.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and departments to address member requests and concerns.
  • Regularly inspecting member areas to uphold the quality and ambiance of the venue.
  • Assisting with the setup and breakdown of meeting spaces as required.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to exceptional service, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be proactive in responding to the dynamic needs of our community. Key qualifications include:
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.

Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.00 to $23.00, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health care, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
