Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the COO, including schedule management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and report production.
- Executive Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to the COO, providing guidance and support on various matters, including client relationships, business development, and operational issues.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring timely execution of tasks.
- Project Management: Execute ad-hoc tasks and special requests as required by the COO, and provide supervision of special requests to ensure project success and timely completion.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish regular communication channels with clients, build and expand business relationships, and maintain and exceed customer service expectations.
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in an operational setting and/or in an executive assistant (C-Suite) role.
- Education: Associate degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, working knowledge of Zoom and Teams platforms, excellent time and self-management skills, exceptional client management skills, and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Working Knowledge: Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign or other design programs, Wix, and web design platforms.
- Marketing Research: Demonstrated knowledge of marketing research and effective sales techniques.
