  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to clients and teams, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and participants, regardless of skill level or background.
  • Ensure client safety and well-being at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Enforce program policies and procedures, as well as building policies and procedures, to maintain a safe and respectful environment.
  • Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on program developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.
  • Leadership and supervisory abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of standard practices in recreational sports.
