Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Westfarms Mall in West Hartford, CT. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting and assisting customers
  • Process weekly shipment deliveries of clothing and footwear
  • Help maintain the store, including folding, straightening merchandise, sweeping, and dusting
  • Operate the cash register to process customer purchases
  • Ensure timely attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts

Requirements

  • Product knowledge, including knowledge of trending fashion in footwear and clothing
  • Students must have a grade point average of C- or better and good time and attendance
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous retail experience is helpful but not mandatory
