Job Title: Supervisor, Adult Neurosurgery Advanced Practice Leader

OU Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Adult Neurosurgery Advanced Practice Leader to join our team. As a key member of our clinical department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our advanced practice providers, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of advanced practice providers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and OU Health standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of advanced practice providers, providing feedback and coaching to improve quality and productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Studies.
  • At least 1 year of experience in clinical practice as an APRN or PA, with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Current licensure and certification as an APRN or PA in the state of Oklahoma.
