We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at ALTA IT Services. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our existing systems, as well as designing and implementing new solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze existing systems, including domain, server configurations, storage, and storage sub-systems, to ensure optimal performance.
- Verify existing configurations within our IT architecture and make recommendations for improvement.
- Design, implement, and integrate new products and solutions as part of a team.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless system administration, design, and deployment.
- 5+ years of experience in network design, infrastructure architecture, analysis, and deployment.
- MCSE certification or equivalent documented expertise level.
- Experience with Windows Server 2012R2, 2016, 2019, 2022, and newer, as well as Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy Management, and Systems Center Endpoint Manager.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash for Windows, Visual Basic, and Batch Scripting for Windows Systems Management.
- Familiarity with Apache, Unix server environments, SUN (Solaris), and Linux (RedHat).
- Experience with Exchange 2016/2019, Windows Terminal Server, Microsoft Office365 Products and Services, SQL Server, and MSS 2013.
- Knowledge of Windows Image Format, Windows Deployment Services, and Windows Operating System Deployment.
