Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Lead Educator at the Babove Worldwide Institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Child Development and Education: Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the individual needs of children, ensuring their cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment, promoting a sense of community and respect among children and staff.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and supportive learning experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete and submit all required paperwork, including lesson plans, child assessments, and classroom logs, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Teamwork and Leadership: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives, and demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supporting team members.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education, and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Education: Completed Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience working with young children in a childcare or school setting.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for early childhood education.
