Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Luxe team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop workable business solutions to customer satisfaction issues

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
