Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Verification: Verify information in all loan files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Document Management: Order and obtain necessary documents to complete loan files.
  • System Updates: Update information on our computer system to reflect loan status and progress.
  • Loan Processing: Assist in the processing of loans, including daily balancing, checking loans, and preparing adverse action notices.
  • File Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date files in our computer system.
  • Loan Packaging: Package and ship loans to Fannie Mae.
  • Account Management: Manage loan DDA accounts and perform monthly balancing.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit HMDA reports on a monthly basis.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
Requirements
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
