We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team at Hopebridge in Knoxville, TN. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in creating an environment that fosters skill acquisition and functional communication for children with Autism.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $16.80 to $20 per hour, based on experience and completion of the RBT certification. Training is paid at a lower rate.

Responsibilities
  • Create an environment that encourages skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
  • Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
  • Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
  • Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
  • Work with children to create an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
