We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Team Lead to join our team at The Candidate Recruitment Agency. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Specialists, ensuring top-tier client service while driving retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Customer Success Specialists, focusing on team growth and performance.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to your team.
- Oversee relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring long-term success and growth.
- Actively manage high-profile accounts, guiding strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.
- Design and implement customer success strategies that align with client business goals and company objectives.
- Identify upsell opportunities and assist in expanding services within existing accounts.
- Work closely with internal departments including Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure customer needs are met.
- Participate in strategic discussions to align customer requirements with the product roadmap.
- Serve as the escalation point for any critical customer issues, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Use customer success metrics (churn, NPS, etc.) to guide the team in improving initiatives and driving client engagement.
- Accurately forecast revenue and ensure KPIs are met within your team.
