We are a dynamic real estate company focused on helping clients acquire properties for subleasing through our innovative process. Our team operates remotely, and we are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join us and help onboard new clients while facilitating the smooth distribution of properties found by our sales team.

Position Overview:

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our new clients, walking them through our subleasing process and ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to property allocation. You will collaborate closely with our small team and report directly to the owner, helping to maintain client satisfaction and ensuring efficient communication between departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onboarding calls with new clients via Zoom, explaining our process and answering any questions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure clients are promptly matched with properties suitable for sublease.
  • Use Google Sheets and other tools to organize and track client information, property distributions, and other key data.
  • Manage ongoing communication with clients to ensure a positive experience throughout their onboarding process.
  • Assist in leasing inquiries and provide basic guidance on the subleasing process.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align client needs with our fulfillment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience using Google Sheets, email, Docs, and Slides.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client onboarding.
  • Proficiency in Zoom for virtual meetings and client interactions.
  • Strong communication and account management skills, with an ability to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Basic understanding of leasing processes and real estate industry experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.

Work Environment:

  • Remote, work from home.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Contract position with the potential for a full-time salary role in the future.
