Position Overview:
- Commitment to at least 1 shift weekly at our crisis facilities is required.
- **Salary:** $21 per hour
- This role involves flexibility, requiring travel across various locations within the metro area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with their daily living activities, including personal care
- Administering prescribed medications
- Managing cooking and cleaning duties
- Providing ongoing supervision
- Transporting individuals to necessary appointments and community functions
- Possess a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Exhibit strong English communication skills
- Be comfortable engaging in water-related activities (e.g., swimming, hot tubs)
- Successfully pass both a DHS and nationwide criminal background screening
- Prior experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Willingness to work in various locations across multiple counties
