Position Overview:
- Commitment to at least 1 shift weekly at our crisis facilities is required.
- **Salary:** $21 per hour
- This role involves flexibility, requiring travel across various locations within the metro area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals with their daily living activities, including personal care
  • Administering prescribed medications
  • Managing cooking and cleaning duties
  • Providing ongoing supervision
  • Transporting individuals to necessary appointments and community functions
Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle
  • Maintain a clean driving record
  • Exhibit strong English communication skills
  • Be comfortable engaging in water-related activities (e.g., swimming, hot tubs)
  • Successfully pass both a DHS and nationwide criminal background screening
  • Prior experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
  • Willingness to work in various locations across multiple counties
