Crisis Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Crisis Support Professional to join our team at Pathways to Community. As a Crisis Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily needs, administering medications, cooking, and providing constant supervision. You will also be responsible for transporting individuals to appointments and community events.
To be considered for this role, you must possess a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle. You should also have a strong English communication skill and be able to participate in water activities. Additionally, you must be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check.
This is a float position, and you will be required to work throughout the Twin Cities metro area. The compensation for this role is $21 per hour, and there are no guaranteed hours. However, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with daily needs, including personal care and medication administration
- Cooking and housework
- Providing constant supervision and transportation to appointments and community events
Requirements:
